How to use URL Encoder

What it is for
URLs can only contain a limited set of characters, so spaces, symbols, and non-English letters must be percent-encoded before they can appear in a link or query string. This tool does that conversion both ways.
How it works
Encoding uses encodeURIComponent so query parameter values are safe; decoding reverses it with decodeURIComponent and reports malformed input instead of failing silently.
