How to add page numbers to a PDF

  1. Drop your PDF on the page, or click Upload files and choose it.
  2. Choose where the numbers go, the font, what number to start at, and the size - the preview updates live.
  3. Click Add page numbers and download the finished PDF.

What you can do

Number a merged contract so every page is referenced, paginate a report for print, or continue numbering when this PDF is part of a larger set - starting at 3 stamps 3, 4, 5 on the pages in order.

Numbers are drawn as real text in a clean Helvetica, not stamped images, so they stay crisp at any zoom and print perfectly. The original content is untouched underneath.

How it works

The numbering runs entirely in your browser - your document is never uploaded to boosted.cafe or anyone else. Reordering first? Combine PDF assembles the pages in order, Remove PDF Pages trims extras, and then this tool numbers the final result.
