How to convert an image

  1. Drop images or a PDF onto the page, or click Upload files. A PDF is converted one page at a time.
  2. Choose PNG, JPG, or WebP under Convert to.
  3. Click Convert images and download the result. Several files come back in one ZIP.

What it is for

Image Converter changes the file format without sending the file anywhere. Use it when a form only accepts JPG, when a HEIC photo will not open on another computer, when you want a smaller WebP, or when you need each page of a PDF as an image. It accepts JPG, PNG, SVG, HEIC, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF, and PDF.

PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency. JPG is the usual choice for photos. WebP is a smaller file that most browsers can show. The converter does not crop, resize, or add a filter. It writes a new file in the format you picked.

How it works

Each image is decoded and re-encoded on your device. boosted.cafe never receives the file. A phone photo in HEIC is a common reason to convert: many sites and older apps still expect JPG or PNG. If you want those pictures collected into one document instead, Combine PDF can place them on PDF pages.
