How to crop a PDF

  1. Drop your PDF - the first page appears as a preview.
  2. Drag the dashed box to the area you want to keep, or dial in exact margin percentages.
  3. Choose all pages or a from/to range, then press Crop PDF.

Visual box vs exact margins

The drag box and the margin sliders stay in sync: moving one updates the other. Use the box for quick whitespace trims on scans and slides; use the percentages when every page must lose exactly the same border, for example stripping a 10% header band from a report.

What cropping actually changes

Cropping resets each page's visible boundaries (crop box) rather than re-rendering content, so text stays selectable and quality is untouched. Pages outside your range are copied through byte-identical.
