What it is for
Fair draws need fair randomness. Use this for raffles, picking who goes first, choosing a sample, or any moment you need a number no one could have predicted.
How it works
The pick uses your browser's cryptographically strong random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), which is as fair as your device can produce. No-repeats draws remove already-picked values from the pool.
Random versus pseudo-random
True randomness needs physical noise; your browser's crypto generator is the closest software gets, drawing on operating-system entropy like timing jitter. It is unpredictable enough for giveaways, sampling, and games - but not for secrets or gambling, where certified hardware is the bar. The no-repeats option draws without replacement, like pulling names from a hat instead of rolling dice.
